What you buy, what you can do with it, and what happens if the race is cancelled.

1. Services and prices
The Moment (€159), The Reel (€229), The Finish (€359), partner photos add-on (+€45) and graded clips add-on (+€89). Prices include 20% VAT (VAT paid on receipts basis). The Season and The Doc are on quote.
2. Order and payment
A booking is confirmed after full online payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact) through Stripe. Your spot is held for 20 minutes during payment, then released if payment fails. A confirmation is sent by email.
3. Start slot and race day
If your start slot is unknown when booking, a unique link is sent 3 days before the race to fill it in, with a reminder the day before.
4. Cancellation by the athlete
More than 14 days before the race: full refund. 7 to 13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: non-refundable, but transferable to another athlete in the same race (48 h notice) or movable to another covered race within 6 months.
5. Race cancelled or filming impossible
Race cancelled by the organiser: full refund. If STORIES cannot film on site for reasons beyond its control (including refused access by the organiser): delivery of what was filmed plus a credit for another race.
6. Right of withdrawal

7. Delivery
The Moment: at least 25 edited photos within 48 h. The Reel: 30 to 60 s film within 7 days. Counted from the end of the race, via a download link.
8. Copyright and usage
STORIES remains the author of the images. You get a personal licence for your social media and personal communication, with no time limit. Advertising use by a brand or sponsor requires an extended licence, on quote. Please credit @stories.crea.
9. Image rights and portfolio
When booking, you allow STORIES to film you and to use images of your race in its portfolio and social media. You can withdraw this consent at any time for the future.
10. Mediation and governing law
Any complaint should first be sent to contact@storiesprod.fr.
